Security hold

Use a security hold when a salon's account must stop being reachable at once — for example a suspected compromise or abuse. A reason is required and is kept in the history. Lifting the hold restores access.

Plan

Shows the salon's plan, trial end date and current usage. Changing the plan needs a reason and is recorded.

Overrides

An override changes one limit or feature for one salon — for example an extra person taking bookings while a salon sorts out its plan. Give a reason and, where possible, an end date. Revoke an override when it is no longer needed.
