The Salons page lists every salon with its address, status and when it joined, and the latest operator actions.

Active

Working normally.

Security hold

Set by an operator: the salon's public and signed-in addresses show a page that does not say the salon exists.

Unpaid, locked, closed

Set by billing and closure (not yet built).

Unused free accounts

A salon on the free plan with no staff sign-in for 90 days is marked “Unused — flagged” and listed first. Nothing happens automatically: an operator decides whether to contact the salon or, after notice with an export, close the account. The flag clears by itself if someone from the salon signs in again.

Trials

Salons are reminded 7 and 2 days before their free trial ends. When it ends without a plan, they move to the free Starter plan; the change appears in the activity list as done by the platform worker.
